The Kris Kringle regatta was the largest regatta of the year. Sponsored by Richard & Joan Young family. Twenty-five boats participated on a day of moderate and blustery winds. The Lido fleet was represent by nine boats from Long Beach to Ventura. There were six Lasers, 3 Capri 14.2, 3 C-18, and 4 Sabots.
